Weare looking for a friendly, organised and customer focused Receptionist tojoin the Corporate Services team at Scorex House, the new headquarters of NHSWest Yorkshire Integrated Care Board.
Thisrole sits at the heart of the organisation, providing frontofhouse support and helping to ensure the smooth daytoday running of our main office base.
You will be part of a small, supportive team working closely with Corporate Services colleagues, wider ICB teams, and external visitors and partners.
Asthe first point of contact for staff, partners and visitors, you will play akey role in creating a welcoming, professional and wellmanagedenvironment. The role is varied and combines reception duties with administrative and facilities support, including answering and directing telephone calls, managing post and deliveries, coordinating meeting room anddesk bookings, and ensuring rooms are set up and ready. You will also support virtual and facetoface meetings andevents, maintain visitor signin and health andsafety procedures, and help monitor shared office spaces and facilities.
Weare looking for someone who enjoys working with people and delivering a high standard of customer service, is well organised and flexible, and can manage competing priorities in a busy environment. You will be confident using
Microsoft 365 and telephone systems, understand the importance of confidentiality, data protection and equality, diversity and inclusion, andbe able to work effectively both independently and as part of a wider team.
Thepostholder will be expected to manage a steady daily workflow, responding promptly to enquiries, balancing multiple requests, and maintaining accurate records and systems. The role suits someone who enjoys routine, structure and regular interaction with people, and who can work calmly and efficiently while meeting daytoday service expectations.

- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent. Demonstrable experience of working in an administrative environment and working with computerised data systems.
- Ability to work on own initiative, prioritising own work to meet deadlines. Ability to effectively switch tasks as required in order to answer queries, both internally and externally. Good attention to detail, ability to work accurately, identifying errors quickly and easily. Ability to exercise independent judgement where appropriate, solving problems by analysing facts appropriately.
- Evidence of client facing experience. Experience of using computer hardware and Microsoft 365 packages. Experience of using telephone systems
