Transport Administrator​/Planner

Overview

Keep It Cool, Bradford, are looking for additional support in the form of a part-time Transport Administrator/Planner. The role is part-time initially, with the possibility to increase hours and develop your career as the business grows. The position may suit someone looking to return to a transport career while balancing childcare responsibilities and school hours. We are flexible on hours to find the right person to support the company’s continued growth.

• Carry out traditional transport admin/operations duties.
• Liaise with customers and drivers and provide direct support to the Senior Operations Planner.
• Assist with planning responsibilities and include elements of transport, accounts and marketing.
• Be the right personality: capable of multi-tasking, with a "+think on your feet" mindset and attention to detail.
• Proactively manage admin, planning and a range of issues as they arise.

• Six months transport experience and knowledge of driver and vehicle legislation are beneficial. Any telesales/call handling experience would be beneficial.
• Friendly phone manner; ability to build rapport over the phone; reliable and trustworthy.
• A good level of English and Maths.
• A driving licence is required due to the location on the Euroway, Bradford.

  Euroway, Bradford (office-based).
• Hours:
  
  Part-time, minimum 15 hours to maximum 20 hours initially;
  Monday to Friday.
• Salary: £28,000 per annum, pro rata.
