Administrative Assistant
We are looking for an Administrative assistant work with our current Administrative Assistant.
The Administrative Assistant plays a key role in supporting the efficient day-to-day operation of the organisation by providing high-quality administrative and clerical support.
The post holder is responsible for managing correspondence, maintaining records and databases, preparing documents and reports, and acting as a first point of contact for internal and external enquiries.
The role requires excellent organisational, communication, and IT skills to ensure administrative processes are delivered accurately, professionally, and in a timely manner.
The main responsibilities of this role:- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing correspondence, filing systems, records, and documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and diaries, including arranging venues, preparing agendas, and taking minutes where required.
- Maintain accurate databases and information systems, ensuring data is recorded, updated, and handled confidentially.
- Act as a first point of contact for enquiries, providing professional customer service and liaising effectively with colleagues, customers, and external stakeholders.
An Enhanced DBS check will be conducted for all appointees to this post.
