The Castle Rock School is seeking an Attendance Officer and Administrator to maintain accurate attendance records, manage the Attendance Office and analyse attendance across KS3–KS5. You will work with staff, parents and external agencies to tackle absence and support students with attendance interventions.
The role involves reporting to SLT and supporting safeguarding processes, with term-time plus two weeks and a permanent contract. Salary is Grade 6 with a detailed salary band.
