- Sales Administration Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and customer documentation
- Update customer records
- Liaise with customers regarding order status and delivery updates
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks and reporting
- Enter and manage customer orders within internal systems
- Monitor order progress and resolve discrepancies
- Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, and logistics teams
- Ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
- Provide general administrative support across the business
- Answer incoming calls and direct enquiries appropriately
- Manage emails and correspondence
- Maintain filing systems and company records
- Assist with meeting preparation and office organisation
- Act as a professional first point of contact for customers
- Handle routine customer enquiries and requests
- Build positive relationships with customers and suppliers
- Escalate issues where necessary
Experience Essential
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- Professional and positive attitude
- Eagerness to learn and develop new skills
- Previous administration or office experience
- Experience using CRM or ERP systems
- Customer service or sales support experience
