Castlefield Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a leading NHS organisation to recruit a Customer Information & Complaints Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and customer-focused administrator to join a busy team delivering high-quality support to members of the public and key stakeholders on a 3 month, interim basis.

Role Profile

• Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email and post
• Provide professional, empathetic customer service and signpost enquiries appropriately
• Maintain accurate records and correspondence
• Support meetings, minute-taking and general administration
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with GDPR and information governance

Person Specification

• Previous customer service and administrative experience
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong attention to detail and IT skills (Microsoft Office)
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work both independently and as part of a team
• Experience handling confidential information
• NHS or public sector experience would be advantageous
