Marmon Lift Recruitment is working with a specialist stairlift business in Bradford that is looking for a Repairs Coordinator to join its team. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in repairs, service coordination, scheduling, or administration who enjoys a busy environment and keeping things running smoothly.

• Coordinating incoming repair requests and arranging engineer visits.
• Managing engineer diaries and scheduling repair appointments.
• Liaising with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates.
• Monitoring outstanding jobs and following up to ensure repairs are completed.
• Working closely with engineers and internal teams to resolve scheduling issues.
• Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records.
• Handling customer queries and ensuring a professional service is delivered.

• Previous experience in a coordination, scheduling, repairs administration or customer service role.
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Confident communication skills, both over the phone and via email.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and keeping jobs on track.
• Good IT skills and confidence using computer systems.

Experience with in lifts, stairlifts, engineering, maintenance or field service would be advantageous, although candidates with transferable experience are encouraged to apply.
