Vehicle Technician

Our client, a well-established Main Dealer, is looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician in the Bradford area.

With a strong reputation, stable workload and ongoing manufacturer support, the Vehicle Technician role offers an excellent balance of career development and on-target earnings.

• Basic salary up to £50,000 with an OTE of £55,000
• Bonus and overtime opportunities
• 40 hours per week, with flexible weekend working
• 34 days holiday rising to 38 days with length of service

• Service and repair vehicles to a consistently high standard
• Complete diagnostic checks and identify faults accurately
• Inspect vehicles for wear and tear and general mechanical issues
• Carry out vehicle maintenance and repair in line with DVSA standards
• Liaise professionally with service advisors, customers and senior management to deliver excellent customer service
• Perform all other aspects of vehicle maintenance and repair as required
• Maintain workmanship, productivity and quality expectations expected of a Vehicle Technician

• Level 3 IMI in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
• Current experience as a Vehicle Technician
• Full UK Driving Licence
• MOT Licence desirable but not essential
• Strong diagnostic ability and a customer-focused mindset
