Business Analyst Manager/Lead required by a global organisation to lead a team of up to 5 Business Analysts.

• Detailed knowledge and experience within the Financial Services Sector
• Experience in a range of change projects, including technology and Business Change
• Strong management skills to lead and manage teams of specialists
• Effective networking skills
• Strategic thinking, commercial awareness, coaching skills
• Experience working in complex project environments

• ITIL certification (preferred)
• BA qualification (ISEB or Diploma in Business Analysis)

As a BA Manager, you will serve as a Lead BA and manage your team across different categories of change, including:

• Onboarding new clients
• Supporting impact assessments and client change delivery
• Changes driven by regulations
