Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Bradford for a Co-optee Customer Experience Committee Member at Manningham Housing Association. In this role, you will actively participate in discussions and decision-making processes to enhance the customer experience. Tasks will include reviewing service delivery, advising on initiatives to improve tenant satisfaction, analyzing performance reports, and liaising with stakeholders to address tenant needs. You will collaborate closely with other committee members to ensure a customer-centric approach to housing services.

Qualifications
  • Customer service and stakeholder engagement skills for facilitating tenant-focused communication and ensuring satisfaction
  • Analytical and decision-making skills to evaluate service performance and inform strategic recommendations
  • Experience with social housing, community development, or volunteer roles in similar organizational settings
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities with a commitment to inclusivity and diversity
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas clearly and effectively
  • Understanding of governance principles and the role of committees in a housing association
  • Knowledge of the housing needs of diverse communities, with familiarity in policies related to social housing being an advantage
