Position OverviewWe are currently looking for an Operations Development Manager to join our M&S site in Bradford. Using a continuous improvement mindset to drive operational excellence, you will deliver on customer KPIs and future‑proofing on site.
This role is full‑time, permanent, 37.5 hours per week, any 5 from 7 shift pattern. Typically Monday to Friday, but flexibility required to engage with teams in a 24/7 operation.

- Project‑manage high‑profile initiatives to completion using continuous improvement, management information, planning, and operational teams; deliver projects on time.
- Chair and attend project meetings, clearly relaying impact, benefits, and risk to the site teams and our customer, with a detailed plan.
- Promote a one‑team, cross‑functional working culture with direct reports and key stakeholders on site.
- Lead, coach, and develop your team while identifying development areas and recognising success.
- Experience at operations manager level (minimum) within a complex, fast‑paced warehouse environment.
- Understanding of CI initiatives and planning principles, and experience delivering projects on time.
- Excellent team‑building skills; effective influencer and communicator, able to positively engage and empower others.
- Customer‑orientated and commercially aware with a sound knowledge of KPI management.
