Investment & Operations Associate Located in rural Dorset (within easy reach of Salisbury, Blandford Forum, Bournemouth, Poole and Wimborne) A rare opportunity to join a private Single-Family Office in a truly unique role. We are seeking an exceptional individual to join a small, close-knit team supporting the management of investments and property and the day-to-day operations of a private family office.

This is far more than a traditional finance or administration role. You'll gain exposure to investment analysis, financial reporting, bookkeeping, operational management, technology, process improvement, property matters and a variety of personal and business projects. No two days are the same. Working directly alongside experienced professionals in a confidential environment, this position offers an outstanding opportunity to develop a broad commercial skillset while taking on meaningful responsibility from day one.

We're looking for a self-starter who is intellectually curious, highly organised, naturally proactive and enjoys solving problems. Strong numerical ability, excellent attention to detail and experience and confidence working with technology (both hardware and software) are essential, as is a willingness to undertake a wide variety of administrative tasks.
