Our Bradford secondary school is seeking an experienced and highly organised Business Manager to join our team. This is a key leadership role, ensuring the smooth and effective running of our school's financial, administrative, and operational functions.
⭐ About the Role

Lead on school finance, budgeting, and resource planning
Oversee HR processes, recruitment administration, and staff compliance
Manage site operations, health & safety, and contracts
Support strategic planning with the senior leadership team
Ensure the school meets statutory and regulatory requirements

This position requires availability for two preparatory working weeks in August (w/c 17th and 24th), followed by a full-time start in September.
✔️ Essential Requirements

Previous experience working in a school setting - this is non‑negotiable
Strong financial acumen and confidence working with school budgets
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities
Knowledge of school MIS systems and operational procedures
