We're hiring a Business Analyst to join our Bradford-based team on a permanent basis. This is a hybrid role, with an expectation to work from the office two days per week.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across Liberty Blume and the wider business, helping drive smarter ways of working, improve efficiency, and support meaningful change.
What will you be doing?- Evaluating current business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
- Driving process optimisation initiatives, including workflow redesign, automation, and technology adoption
- Analysing data to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities that support business decisions
- Creating and maintaining dashboards and reports to measure performance and track progress
- Using data visualisation tools to present complex information in a clear and engaging way
- Working closely with stakeholders to gather, define, and document business requirements
- Translating business needs into clear functional specifications and actionable solutions
- Supporting projects through all stages of the lifecycle, from planning and delivery to embedding change
- Helping implement and sustain new processes, systems, and ways of working across the business
- Providing ongoing support, guidance, and problem-solving throughout transformation initiatives
Essential
- Previous experience in a Business Analyst role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to organise and prioritise work in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Strong attention to detail and the confidence to challenge assumptions and identify improvements
- Business Analysis certifications, such as BCS
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
- Project management experience
- Experience supporting business transformation or change initiatives
