Production Manager

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + Benefits

Are you an experienced Production Manager with a strong electrical and mechanical engineering background? We are looking for a hands-on leader who can drive performance on the shop floor while building strong relationships across projects, sales, design, quality, finance and HR functions. The Role

Take ownership of day-to-day production operations, ensuring products are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
Lead and develop supervisors and shop floor teams to create a high-performing culture.
Drive production planning, resource management and continuous improvement initiatives.
Work closely with projects, design, quality, finance and HR teams to ensure successful delivery.

What We Are Looking For

Proven experience in a Production Manager or similar manufacturing leadership role
Strong understanding of both electrical and mechanical engineering
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
A passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence
Strong people leadership, coaching and mentoring abilities
Experience working across multiple business functions within manufacturing
