Where I’d work
: This role will be based at our offices in Leeds Valley Park. There will hybrid working in place, with an expectation to be in the office 3 days per week.
Work type
: Permanent. Working full time, 37 hours per week, Monday – Friday between a working window of 8:00am-6:00pm.

This role is all about understanding clearly defined business learning requirements and turning them into high-quality learning solutions, pathways and resources.
You will lead a team of four Learning Design Specialists, ensuring content is on brand, accessible, consistent, fit for purpose and designed to drive the intended performance outcomes across Yorkshire Water. It is key you foster a team culture of strong collaboration, creativity, continuous improvement and delivery discipline.
