Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum (DOE)

The successful candidate will play a key role in the pre‑construction phase, managing multiple tenders and producing accurate costings for bespoke joinery and fit‑out projects.

• Preparing detailed estimates and cost plans from drawings and specifications
• Producing accurate take‑offs for bespoke joinery packages
• Managing and overseeing multiple tenders simultaneously (typically 2‑5 projects)
• Liaising with clients, suppliers and internal teams throughout the tender process
• Negotiating prices with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure best value
• Attending client meetings and occasional site visits as required
• Projects typically ranging from £100k - £1m+ across commercial fit‑out schemes
• Supporting continuous improvement of estimating processes and systems

• Proven experience in an Estimator role within joinery, fit‑out or construction
• Strong understanding of bespoke joinery and/or bench joinery (advantageous)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and estimating software
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work to deadlines
• Full UK driving licence

Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 (DOE)
