Contracts Manager

Overview

My client is an award-winning regional building contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering quality projects on time and to budget. They are growing in 2026 and are looking to recruit an experienced Construction Contracts Manager to join the business on a full-time permanent basis. Ideally you will have forged your career to date with a regional or national contractor. My client specialises in new build sheds and commercial new builds.

You will be experienced in managing your own portfolio of projects typically in the £3m-£6m bracket. You must be prepared to travel; lodging is unlikely but there may be odd occasions when this is required. This is a wonderful opportunity to join a company with an excellent track record for staff retention.
