The role of the Estimator – Bespoke Joinery & Timber Products will involve:
 
* Estimator position working with a manufactured range of bespoke joinery & timber doorsets.
 
* Prepare accurate cost estimates for bespoke joinery projects.
 
* Review drawings, specifications and tender documents.
 
* Obtain supplier quotations and support competitive tender submissions.
 
* Work with design, commercial and project teams to deliver successful bids.
 
* Maintain pricing records and identify commercial risks and opportunities.
The ideal applicant will be Estimator – Bespoke Joinery & Timber Products with:
 
* Must have experience as an Estimator working with timber joinery, timber fit-out or related
 
* Strong technical understanding of drawings, specifications and construction processes.
 
* Ability to interpret project requirements and translate them into accurate cost plans.
 
* Strong numerical, analytical and commercial skills.
 
* IT Literate particularly excel
