Lanes Group PLC in Bradford is recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to join our Commercial team. You will support value, cost control, and change management on a major Yorkshire Water AMP8 project, with a focus on maximising commercial entitlement and delivering excellent client service.
This role requires an HNC in Quantity Surveying, strong MS Office (Excel) skills, and ideally 5+ years in utilities or civils. You will value works, prepare payments, manage subcontracts, and travel as needed.
