Kitson Associates is recruiting a Quantity Surveyor for a leading UK house builder. You will manage commercial activities on two live residential developments, handling subcontractor procurement, tender analysis, cost reporting and final accounts.
Hybrid working is available (2 days per week from home). The package offers up to £55,000 base salary plus car/allowance, a 5% annual bonus, 26 days leave plus bank holidays, a Share Save scheme and other flexible benefits.
