An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Joinery Estimator to join a well-established and growing fit-out contractor based in Bradford. Specialising in high-quality bespoke joinery for commercial projects, the business has built a strong reputation for delivering premium solutions across a varied project portfolio.

Due to a healthy pipeline of work, they are now seeking an experienced Estimator to take ownership of pricing and tendering activities, working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Joinery Estimator - Job Overview

The successful candidate will play a key role in the pre-construction phase, managing multiple tenders and producing accurate costings for bespoke joinery and fit-out projects.

• Preparing detailed estimates and cost plans from drawings and specifications
  
  * Producing accurate take-offs for bespoke joinery packages
  
  * Managing and overseeing multiple tenders simultaneously (typically 2-5 projects)
  
  * Liaising with clients, suppliers and internal teams throughout the tender process
  
  * Negotiating prices with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure best value
