• Professional Construction Qualificationsrelevanttotherole (BScorMScin Project Manage mentor Building /Construction Studiesor Engineering ).

• Workingwithmulti-stakeholders,managingrelationshipstodevelopanddeliverappropriateprojectstrategyandplans.
• Strongtechnicalknowledgetoenableprojectdevelopmentanddeliverytomeetappropriatecompliancecriteria
• Anin-depthknowledgeoftheconstructionprocessandconstructionmethods
