Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with a modular fit out contractor, who are currently looking for a Site Manager to join them for 3 weeks starting on Monday the 19th of October.
The successful candidate, will have experience working on modular fit out or shopfit projects, and the ideal candidate would also have a joinery backgorund due to scope of works.
Key Requirements- Valid SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid tickets.
- MUST HAVE:
In-date DBS Certificate or MOD Security Clearances - Proven experience managing similar new build construction/groundworks projects.
- Strong health & safety and site procedure knowledge is essential.
- Overseeing day-to-day site operations.
- Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered to programme.
- Maintaining high standards of H&S compliance.
- Reporting into the senior operations team on project updates.
- Working closely with the commercial team to ensure the project is on budget.
- Coordinating works across site and conducting constant quality checks.
This is a great opportunity for a Site Manager with relevant experience looking for a short-term contract.
