What youll be doing Process orders / jobs accurately and on time. Upload evidence on the same day, ensuring compliance is adhered to. Respond to client queries promptly and courteously. Escalate issues immediately. Support colleagues where necessary, showing flexibility. Respect tenants and represent the company professionally. Assist with and prepare for weekly client check ins via Teams. Follow standard templates and checklists for client comms and evidence.
Complete basic data quality checks. Use the daily SLA/alerts list to prioritise work, highlight at risk deadlines before they breach What youll need Good communication skills, both written and verbal Attention to detail, organised and accurate Strong organisational skills with attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in compliance documentation.
