Customer Service Advisor

Our client based in Bradford is seeking a friendly, professional, and organised Customer Service Advisor to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, managing enquiries, and providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships and ensuring all enquiries are handled efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer telephone calls and provide a high level of customer service.
  • Respond to customer enquiries via email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process and update customer information using the company's in-house system.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests effectively.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and communications.
  • Provide administrative support to the wider team when required.
  • Ensure all customer information is handled confidentially and in line with company procedures.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous customer service or office administration experience preferred.
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to draft professional emails.
  • Good IT skills and confidence using computer systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively in a busy environment.
  • Positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
