Citizens Advice BANES is seeking a role to deliver multi-channel advice including telephone and webchat as part of the Help to Claim team. You will work with paid and volunteer advisers to support clients.
You will provide Universal Credit specialist support to non-welfare benefits advisers and help clients through the Help to Claim process up to their first payment, by telephone and webchat, during 8am–6pm, Monday to Friday.
