Looking for a fast-paced, customer-focused role with the chance to go permanent? This is a great opportunity to join a busy, supportive team in Shipley.
You'll act as the key link between customers, suppliers, and internal teams - handling enquiries, processing orders, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from quotation to delivery.
What you'll do:- Deliver excellent customer service via phone & email
- Process orders, returns, and queries accurately
- Manage supplier orders, pricing, and delivery timelines
- Resolve issues and maintain strong relationships
- Support operations, product data, and logistics
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Confident with Outlook & Excel
- Customer-first, proactive approach
(Experience in customer service, purchase orders, or CRM systems is a bonus.)
