Mitie is seeking a Guest Services Host to deliver a 5
* concierge style experience in a professional, welcoming manner. You will greet visitors, answer queries, manage queues, and provide on‑desk IT/AV support as needed.
Hours are Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours per week, 08:00–17:00 with flexibility for business needs. A friendly, highly attentive approach and excellent communication are essential for success.
