Nirvana Spa is seeking a Spa Services Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service, handle spa bookings and membership administration accurately, and respond knowledgeably to enquiries when customers contact us by email or phone.
You will check guests in and out, answer general questions, contribute to a fast-paced, friendly environment, and work a rota covering daytime, evenings, weekends and bank holidays while building strong relationships with Nirvana Spa customers.
