Chambers and Partners is seeking a Customer Success Executive for Data & Analytics Products in the United Kingdom. You will manage customers during their subscription, drive renewals and ensure they receive maximum value from our offerings.
You will onboard customers, share best practices, and collaborate with marketing, product and sales on retention campaigns. You’ll identify upsell opportunities, resolve queries, and help mitigate at-risk accounts to protect renewals.
