• Provide a professional front-line service, responding to customer enquiries, resolving issues and supporting access to Council services.
• Support residents with inductions, appointments, Personal Housing Plans and care plans, promoting independence and inclusion.
• Assist with accommodation allocations, tenancy management, rent collection, anti-social behaviour casework and income recovery.
• Maintain accurate records, process payments, orders, invoices and repairs, and produce service performance information.
• Help maintain a safe, supportive environment through CCTV monitoring, incident reporting, risk assessments and resident support.

• Successful applicants will be subject to a DBS check (applied and paid for by the Council).
