This is a highly client-facing role that would suit an experienced Architectural Technologist or Design Manager who has a strong understanding of building design, construction and compliance, and is confident working with clients, architects, consultants and contractors.

The position offers an opportunity to move beyond traditional design responsibilities and become involved in design coordination, compliance, CDM and Building Safety, working closely with clients and project teams throughout the design and pre-construction stages. You do not need previous Building Regulations Principal Designer experience for this role. A major part of the position will involve chairing design meetings, coordinating design actions and managing Schedule 1 trackers to ensure that outstanding information, risks and compliance requirements are being addressed.

You will work closely with multidisciplinary design teams and clients, helping to identify issues within the design process and ensuring that projects remain coordinated and compliant. This is an excellent opportunity for an Architectural Technologist or Design Manager who enjoys the design process but is looking to develop into a more consultancy and client-facing position.
