The Role - Learning Support Assistant

As an LSA working through Academics, you will:

Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils, including those with additional needs.
Help create a positive, safe, and stimulating learning environment.
Encourage and motivate pupils to build confidence and achieve their goals.
Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other staff to ensure the best outcomes for children.

About You

To be considered for this Learning Support Assistant role, you should have:

Previous experience working with children (school-based experience desirable but not essential).
A genuine passion for supporting children's education and wellbeing.
Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.
A proactive and flexible approach to working within a school setting.
