The Role - EYFS Teaching Assistant
As an EYFS Teaching Assistant working through Academics, you will:

* Support the class teacher in delivering engaging, play-based learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework.

* Assist in the development of children's communication, language, and social skills.

* Provide support with personal care routines, including toileting, dressing, and hygiene, ensuring children's comfort and wellbeing.

* Help with observations and assessments to track children's progress.

* Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment that inspires curiosity and independence.

* Work closely with colleagues, parents, and carers to build strong foundations for each child's education.

About You
To be considered for this EYFS Teaching Assistant position, you must have:

* Experience working with children in an Early Years setting.

* A caring, patient, and child-centred approach to supporting learning and personal care needs.

* Strong communication and teamwork skills.

* Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant or Early Years qualification) - desirable.
