The Education Network is currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to work across a range of secondary schools in Bradford. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced education staff looking to gain valuable classroom experience.

The Role As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

Supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff
Deliver pre-set lesson plans and learning materials
Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
Support students to remain on task and engaged
Provide feedback to teaching staff following lessons Requirements
Previous experience working with young people (school-based experience desirable)
Strong classroom presence and confident behaviour management skills
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A professional, flexible, and reliable approach
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
