Teach Match is working in partnership with a range of supportive primary schools across West Yorkshire and is seeking committed and adaptable Primary Teachers for long-term supply roles starting January 2026.
This opportunity is ideal for teachers seeking the security of a long-term placement, while still benefiting from the flexibility and variety that agency work can offer. Day-to-day supply opportunities are also available, with the potential to move into longer-term roles.

The Role

As a Primary Teacher, you will:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum

Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment

Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners

Work collaboratively with school staff and leadership teams

Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing meaningful feedback

Maintain effective classroom and behaviour management

What we're looking for

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Sound understanding of the national curriculum

Strong communication and organisational skills

A positive, flexible approach to teaching
