The Role

As a valued member of the classroom support team, your responsibilities will include:
Providing effective classroom support under the direction of the class teacher
Delivering targeted interventions to individuals and small groups
Encouraging positive behaviour and pupil engagement
Supporting lesson preparation and engaging learning activities
Assisting pupils with additional needs to ensure an inclusive learning environment
Working collaboratively with teaching staff and other professionals
About You

To be considered for this role, you will need:
A Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent) - essential
Experience supporting primary-aged pupils in a school or childcare setting
A good understanding of the primary curriculum and learning support strategies
Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills
A caring, positive, and proactive approach to supporting children's success
