The successful candidate will have the ability to deliver quality teaching that drives achievement and inspires a love of learning. Laisterdyke Leadership Academy is a secondary school in Bradford. We joined Star Academies in 2016 and, like all Star schools, we have a leadership specialism.

The school was rated ‘good’ in all four areas of the inspection framework during its inspection in January 2023.
