Reception. Big feelings. Big milestones.

We’re looking for a compassionate SEN TA to support a Reception pupil with complex needs within a dedicated SEN Hub in a BD5 primary school.

This little one needs consistency, patience and someone who celebrates the small wins, because in early years, they matter most.

You’ll be:

• Providing 1:1 support throughout the school day

• Supporting communication and sensory needs

• Helping implement EHCP targets

• Working closely with SEN staff and therapists

The SEN Hub is well-established, structured and properly resourced. You’ll be part of a team that knows what they’re doing and supports each other.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience with complex SEN, autism or non-verbal pupils

• Is nurturing but confident

• Understands early years development

• Can follow routines and adapt when needed

If you’ve worked in EYFS, specialist settings or care, this could be the role where you really make a difference.

Protocol Education offers:

• Weekly PAYE pay

• FREE CPD, including SEN-focused training

• A dedicated consultant who actually listens

• Local roles that suit your experience

• Referral bonuses

You’re not “just” a TA. You’re the calm voice, the encourager, the safe place. And this school knows it.

Apply now and let’s talk next steps.
