Primary Teaching Assistant – Bradford

Milk Education are recruiting for a caring, enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming Mainstream Primary School in Bradford. This role is available on both a long-term and short-term basis, starting as soon as possible!

You’ll be joining a supportive and inclusive school community that values diversity and strives to create a positive, nurturing environment for all pupils.

• Promoting inclusion and acceptance of all pupils
• Providing consistent 1:1 support and responding to individual needs
• Assisting the class teacher with planning, evaluating, and adapting lessons
• Delivering small-group or catch‑up sessions

• Recent and relevant experience working with children, ideally in a school setting
• A genuine passion for education and supporting young learners
• Strong numeracy and literacy skills
• Ability to follow the guidance and direction of the class teacher
• Experience with personal care is desirable
