• Education to degree level or equivalent
• Sciencesubject specialist
• QTS and GTC registered
• An excellenttrack recordof recent, relevant professional development
• Accountability for the performance of a significant cohort of young people
• Evidence of good/outstanding classroom practice
• Taking accountability for the success of an initiative
• Leadership of a community project or an area of school development
• Experienceofraising standards and performance of a significant cohort of young people
