What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, highly motivated and committed professional as a Teacher of Chemistry to join our forward-thinking team. The successful candidate will be an inspiring practitioner able to generate excitement and enthusiasm for learning and teaching Chemistry. The ability to teach Chemistry to A Level would be an advantage. The Faculty is well led and managed and has undergone significant improvement in the last three years.
Practice in Science has been driven by evidence-based research and has led to innovative practice to reinforce learning.

We are an 11-18 mixed comprehensive school that has outstanding facilities and a state-of-the-art learning environment; we are extremely popular and oversubscribed. The school is within easy reach of Leeds, Huddersfield and Wakefield. We offer an outstanding ECT induction programme and would welcome applications from ECTs or experienced teachers who are able to teach across the ability range.
