About the role:
Justteachers is seeking an English Teacher to join a dedicated SEND school in the Bradford area on a long‑term basis.
The full‑time post is due to start immediately
, with shortlisting currently taking place. The school is well‑regarded for its inclusive, nurturing ethos and its commitment to providing personalised learning pathways that support every pupil’s academic and emotional development.
- Planning and delivering differentiated English lessons tailored to a range of SEND needs
- Working collaboratively with support staff to create an accessible, structured learning environment
- Using assessment and individual learning plans to monitor progress and adapt teaching approaches
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Proven experience teaching English to pupils with SEND
- Strong knowledge of adaptive teaching, literacy development and inclusive practice
- Two education or school‑based references
