About the role:
Justteachers are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Teacher to join a vibrant team at a Bradford Primary school. This is a full-time role to start immediately and run until the end of the academic year.
The successful candidate will be working at a two-form entry school that is inclusive and welcoming to all.
Key Responsibilities:- Support pupils in their academic, social, and emotional development
- Assist with planning and delivering targeted interventions
- Provide one-to-one support for pupils with additional needs
- Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Provide personal care
- Experience working in Early Years
- Level 3 qualification
- Paediatric First Aid trained
- A calm, patient, and proactive approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for education and child development
- Excellent behaviour management skills
- Two school‑based references
