Just Teachers Ltd in Bradford is seeking a dedicated and resilient behavior specialist Teaching Assistant to join their onsite provision from September 2026. This full-time role focuses on supporting students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 who have a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
The candidate will assist in the delivery of personalized learning plans, promote a safe and inclusive environment, and build positive relationships with students to encourage engagement and progress.
