About the role
Beckfoot Thornton is seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual who is passionate about making a real difference to young people’s lives. As a Pastoral Lead, you will play a vital role in supporting the wellbeing, safety, and inclusion of our students by working closely with staff, families, and external agencies to create a school environment where all students feel supported, understood and able to succeed.
Keyresponsibilities
- Support the wellbeing, safety and inclusion of students.
- Collaborate with staff, families and external agencies to create a supportive school environment.
- Will champion our school values of Enjoy‑Learn‑Succeed.
- Is committed to improving the lives of young people, especially those with barriers to their learning.
- Has strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.
- Works well in a team and is confident in working independently when needed.
- Demonstrates professionalism, resilience and commitment to inclusion.
- Shares our vision for creating remarkable schools where no child is left behind.
Permanent, Full Time, Term Time Only:
Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 4.00pm, Friday 8.00am to 3.30pm.
