AboutEden Boys’ Leadership Academy, Bradford
Eden Boys’ Leadership Academy, Bradford is a new secondary school for boys that opened in September 2019 and we were graded as 'Outstanding' in all areas by Ofsted during our first inspection in February 2024. The school has a Muslim faith designation, welcoming applications from pupils of all faiths and none. During its opening year, the school admitted an intake of 120 pupils into Year 7.
The school will continue to admit a new intake of Year 7 pupils at the beginning of each academic year. Like all Star schools, it has a leadership specialism.

Who we’re looking forWe’re looking for a talented individual to provide an exceptional business support service to our pupils, teachers and wider stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be a committed team player with excellent organisational and specialist technical skills.
The successful candidate must have extensive experience of delivering outstanding customer service and possess the ability to develop relationships across our school and the Star community.
You will have- 5 GCSEs including English and Maths at grade 9-4/A*
- C. - Management experience within a public/private sector setting.
- Experience in financial, HR, business and/or premises operations.
- The ability to communicate verbally with, and write reports for, a range of stakeholders, including Governors and external agencies.
- The ability to manage people effectively by conducting regular meetings, setting targets for performance, delegating tasks appropriately, and monitoring the quality of delivery and outcomes.
