Worcester Sixth Form College is looking for experienced Learning Support Assistants at Level 2 to provide dedicated one-to-one support and assist in developing the Independent Study programme. The role is full time and term-time, beginning on 24th August 2026.
Qualified applicants should have a Level 3 qualification (A Level or equivalent). Responsibilities include supporting students during Independent Study sessions and handling administrative tasks to ensure student retention and success.
