Icknield High School in Luton is seeking an inspiring, compassionate Fixed Term Isolation Room (FTI) Supervisor to support high standards of student behaviour, wellbeing and personal development. You will manage and supervise the FTI, ensuring a calm, structured environment for learning and reflection.
You will assist with safeguarding duties and contribute to improving student outcomes, working closely with Senior Leaders and Pastoral staff to maintain high expectations across the school.
